លោក ហួយ សុវណ្ណថា បច្ចុប្បន្នជាជំនួយការច្បាប់ នៃមន្ទីរសារការី​ សេដ្ឋាវិទូ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រ​កម្ពុជា និងជាសមាជិកគណៈកម្មការប្រតិបត្តិសាលាត្រាជូ ។ គាត់ទទួលបានបរិញ្ញាបត្រច្បាប់ពីសាកល​វិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្ត្រ និងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងបរិញ្ញាបត្រសិល្បសាស្ត្រ ជំនាញទំនាក់​ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ (កម្មវិធីសិក្សា​អន្តរជាតិ​ជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស) នៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសង្គម នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យកម្ពុជា ។ លោកធ្លាប់មានបទពិសោធន៍​ជា​អតីត​កម្មសិក្សា​នៅការិយាល័យ លទ្ធិ ប្រជាធិប​តេយ្យ និងអភិបាលកិច្ច នៃទីភ្នាក់ងារជំនួយអាមេរិក (USAID) និងជាអតីតកម្មសិក្សា ជំនាន់៨ នៃ​សាលា​ត្រាជូ ។ ក្រៅពីការសិក្សា និងការងារ លោកក៏ធ្លាប់​ចូល​កម្មវិធីអន្តរជាតិមួយចំនួន ដូចជា YSEALI Regional Workshop និង Young ASEAN Leaders Policy Initiative។

Mr. HUOY Sovantha currently is a Paralegal at Sethavitou Public of the Kingdom of Cambodia and a member of Executive Committee of Sala Traju Association. He obtained his L.L.B at Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and Bachelor​ of Arts in International Relations (English-based Program) at the College of Social Sciences, the University of Cambodia (UC). He has experience as an intern at the Office of Democracy and Governance at USAID and internee batch 8 at Sala Traju Association. In addition to studying and working, he has also participated some in international programs such as YSEALI Regional Workshop and Young ASEAN Leaders Policy Initiative.
