សមាជិកាគណៈកម្មការប្រតិបត្តិនៃសមាគមសាលាត្រាជូ

កញ្ញា និត នីតិការ គឺជាមេធាវីនៅការិយាល័យមេធាវី និត និង សហការី ដែលបានចុះបញ្ជីនៅគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ហើយគាត់ក៏ជាអ្នកផ្តល់ប្រឹក្សាផ្នែកច្បាប់នៅក្រមហ៊ុន Tilleke and Gibblins នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។ សព្វថៃ្ង គាត់ក៏ជាសាស្រ្តាចារ្យកម្មវិធីសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រនីតិសាស្រ្តជាភាសាបារាំងនៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្រ្ត និងវិទ្យាសាស្រ្តសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ 

នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៩ គាត់ត្រូវបានជាប់ឆ្នោតជាប្រតិភូនៃ France Alumni Cambodge ដែលជាបណ្តាញទំនាក់ទំនងរបស់អតីតនិស្សិតដែលធ្វើការសិក្សានៅប្រទេសបារាំង ឬ ជាភាសាបារាំង។ គាត់ គឺជាប្រតិភូតំណាងឱ្យកម្ពុជានៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំ Women Forum Asia នៅឆ្នាំ២០១៩ នៅប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី។ នៅឆ្នាំ២០១៨ ព្រឹទ្ធសភានៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាបានធ្វើការតែងតាំង កញ្ញា ជាប្រតិភូតំណាងឱ្យកម្ពុជា នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលលើកទី៤៤នៃសភាយុវជន Wallonie-Bruxelles នៅបែលហ្សិក។

នីតិការ ទទួលបានសញ្ញាបត្រអនុបណ្ឌិតផ្នែកច្បាប់ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងពន្ធ ពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Paris 8 Vincennes Saint Denis ប្រទេសបារាំង ដែលបន្ថែមពីលើបរិញ្ញាបត្រនីតិសាស្រ្តពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យLumière Lyon 2 និង សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្រ្ត និងវិទ្យាសាស្រ្តសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។

Nitikar Nith is an attorney-at-law at Nith & Associate law office duly registered with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and a legal adviser in Tilleke & Gibbins’ Cambodia office. She is also a part-time lecturer in French Bachelor Program at the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh.

In 2019, Nitikar has been elected as a delegate to France Alumni Cambodge, a network of former Cambodian students /alumni who studied in France or in a French-Speaking Field. She is a Cambodian delegation for the Women Forum Asia 2019 in Singapore. She is designated by the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia as a Cambodian delegation for the 44th summit of Wallonie- Bruxelles Youth Parliament in Belgium in 2018.

Nitikar holds a master’s degree in commercial law and taxation from the University of Paris 8 Vincennes in Saint-Denis, supplementing her undergraduate law degree from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh.
