លោក ម៉ៅ សិលា បច្ចុប្បន្ន​ជា សិស្សមន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ជំនាន់ទី៩​ នៃ​សាលាភូមិន្ទរដ្ឋបាល (ឆ្នាំ​សិក្សា​២០១៦-២០១៧)។ សិលា​បាន​បញ្ចប់​ថ្នាក់​បរិញ្ញាបត្រ​នីតិសាស្ត្រក្នុង​​ឆ្នាំ​២០១៥​ ​ពី​សកលវិទ្យាល័យ​ភូមិន្ទ​នីតិសាស្ត្រ​ និង​វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ​សេដ្ឋកិច្ច​ ហើយ​ក៏ជិត​បញ្ចប់​ថ្នាក់​បរិញ្ញាបត្រ​នីតិសាស្ត្រ​សិក្សា​ជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស​ (ELBBL) ក្នុង​ឆ្នាំ២០១៧​នេះដែរ​។​ ទាក់ទងនឹងបទពិសោធន៍ការងារ សិលា​ជា​អតីតបុគ្គលិក​ក្រៅម៉ោង​ និង​ក្រោយមក​ជា​សហការីច្បាប់​នៅ​ ការិយាល័យមេធាវី​សុកស៊ីផាន់ណានិង​សហការី ក្នុង​ចន្លោះឆ្នាំ​២០១១-២០១៦​ ផង​ដែរ​។ ជំនាញ​ដែល​សិលា​ចាប់អារម្មណ៍ មាន​ដូច​ជា នីតិ​មុខងារ​សាធារណៈ នីតិ​ភូមិបាល​ នីតិពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង​ក្រុមហ៊ុន។​ សិលា ធ្លាប់​បាន​សរសេរសារណា​បញ្ចប់​ការ​សិក្សាក្នុង​ឆ្នាំ​២០១៥ លើ​ប្រ​ធាន​បទ​​ “​របបគតិយុត្ត​នៃ​ហ៊ីប៉ូតែក​នៅ​កម្ពុជា”។

Mr. MAO Sela is a student of High-Ranking civil servant, 9^th promo, at Royal School of Administration (2016-2017). He graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Law degree from Royal University of Law and Economics and he is about to graduate with English language based Bachelor of Law from ELBBL program in late 2017. As for work experience, he worked as a part-time legal assistant and then was promoted to be a full-time legal associate in SokSiphana&Associates law firm between 2011 and 2016. His fields of interests are Public Function Law, Land Law, Commercial law and Company Law. He used to write a thesis on Hypothec in Cambodia for his graduation in 2015.
