កញ្ញា ដានី ច័ន្ទ្ររស្មីឈូករ័ត្ន បានចាប់ផ្តើមការងារជានាយិការងកម្មវិធីថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រនីតិសាស្ត្រសិក្សាជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្ត្រ និងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសេដ្ឋកិច្ចចាប់តាំងពីខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៦ រហូតមកដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន។​ កញ្ញាបានបញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ផ្នែកនីតិសាស្រ្ត (ជំនាញនីតិប្រៀបធៀប) នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យណាហ្គោយ៉ា ប្រទេសជប៉ុន តាំងពីខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៥។ សារណាបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សារបស់កញ្ញាគឺផ្តោតទៅលើ “ វិធីសាស្ត្រក្នុងការកំណត់ព្រំដែនសមុទ្រខាងរវាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងប្រទេសថៃ : ការពិចារណាទៅលើយុត្តិសាស្ត្រអន្តរជាតិ ”។

កញ្ញា ឈូករ័ត្ន បានផ្តោតការស្រាវជ្រាវជាចម្បងនៅក្នុងផ្នែកនីតិសមុទ្រ ដែលកញ្ញាធ្វើការសិក្សាជាពិសេសទាក់ទងទៅនឹងច្បាប់នៃការកំណត់ព្រំដែនសមុទ្រ។ ក្រៅពីនេះ កញ្ញាក៏ចាប់អារម្មណ៍ក្នុងការស្រាវជ្រាវទាក់ទងទៅនឹង នីតិបរិស្ថានអន្តរជាតិ មជ្ឈត្តការពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិ និង នីតិសិទ្ធិមនុស្សអន្តរជាតិផងដែរ។​ បន្ថែមទៅនឹងតួនាទីដែលមានស្រាប់ កញ្ញាក៏ជាសាស្ត្រាចារ្យមួយរូបដែលបង្រៀនមុខវិជ្ជា នីតិសមុទ្រ ក្រមរដ្ឋប្បវេណី និង នីតិកិច្ចសន្យា។ តាមរយៈបទពិសោធន៍នូវក្នុងការចូលរួមការប្រកួតប្រជែងនានាទាំងថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងថ្នាក់អន្តរជាតិ កញ្ញាក៏ជាគ្រូដឹកនាំនិស្សិតដើម្បីទៅចូលរូមការប្រកូតមជ្ឈត្តការពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិ ហើយក៏ត្រូវបានគេអញ្ជើញឲ្យចូលរួមជាចៅក្រមដាក់ពិន្ទុនៅក្នុងការប្រកួតប្រជែងច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ the Philip C. Jessup និងជាមជ្ឈត្តិករដាក់ពិន្ទុនៅក្នុងការប្រកូត    មជ្ឈត្តការពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិផងដែរ។

Dany Channraksmeychhoukroth has worked as a Deputy Director for the English Language Based Bachelor or Law program (ELBBL)​at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) since June 2016. She obtained her LL.M (in Comparative Law) at Nagoya University, Japan, in September 2015. Her LL.M thesis focuses on “Methodologies for Delimiting the Adjacent Maritime Boundary between Cambodia and Thailand: A view on International Jurisprudence.”

Chhoukroth’s principle research field concerns law of the sea, where she is studying in particular the law of maritime boundary delimitation. Furthermore, her research interests include international environmental law, international commercial arbitration, and international human rights law. In addition to her role as a Deputy Director for ELBBL program, she is currently teaching law of the sea, civil code, and contract law. Having participated in various national and international competitions, she is also coaching the RULE’s team to participate in the Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She is also invited to serve as a judge for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and as an arbitrator for the Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
