សមាជិកគណៈកម្មការប្រតិបត្តិសាលាត្រាជូ

លោក ម៉ៅ សិលា​ បច្ចុប្បន្នជា​មន្ត្រីរាជការ​នៃ​ក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ (ខែមីនា ២០១៨-បច្ចុប្បន្ន) និងជាអតីតសិស្សមន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ជំនាន់ទី៩ នៃសាលាភូមិន្ទរដ្ឋបាល ជំនាញរដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈ (២០១៦-២០១៨)។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៩ លោកបានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា និងទទួល​សញ្ញាបត្រអនុបណ្ឌិតថ្នាក់អនុបណ្ឌិតនីតិសាធារណៈ និងនីតិអន្តរជាតិ​ពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ​ប៉ារីស៨ (Université Paris 8 | Vincennes - Saint-Denis) និង​ពីសកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្ត្រ និងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសេដ្ឋកិច្ច​ (ស.ភ.ន.វ.ស) ក្នុងកម្មវិធីសិក្សាជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស (English language based)។ លោកក៏បានបញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រ​ ០២​ ដោយឡែកពីគ្នាផងដែរគឺ ថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រនីតិសាស្ត្រ​សិក្សាជាភាសាខ្មែរ​ (ឆ្នាំ២០១៥)​ និង​ថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រនីតិសាស្ត្រសិក្សាជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស/ELBBL (ឆ្នាំ២០១៧) ពី ស.ភ.ន.វ.ស។​ លោកធ្លាប់មានបទពិសោធន៍ធ្វើការជាបុគ្គលិកក្រៅម៉ោង និង​ក្រោយមកជាសហការី​ក្នុងការិយាល័យមេធាវីសុកស៊ីផាន់ណា& សហការី អស់រយៈពេលជិត ០៥ឆ្នាំ (២០១១-២០១៦) ហើយធ្លាប់បានចុះកម្មសិក្សានៅក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ រយៈពេល ៤ខែកន្លះ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៧ មុននឹង​ចូលបំរើការងារនៅក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌។
Mr. MAO SELA is currently a civil servant serving at the Ministry of Justice since March 2018 and a former High-Ranking Civil Servant student specialized in Public Administration, promo 9, at the Royal School of Administration (2016-2018). He graduated and was awarded a dual Master Degree in Public & International Law in 2019 from Université Paris 8 | Vincennes - Saint-Denis and Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) respectively, a joint cooperation program in English language based. He also graduated from RULE with two separate Bachelor of Law, Khmer Language based (2015) and English language based/ELBBL (2017). He was a part time employee and then a legal associate at SokSiphana&Associates for nearly 5 years (2011-2016), and also interned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for 4 and a half months before admitted into Ministry of Justice.
