កញ្ញា សេង ឆាយគីម ទទួលបានបរិញ្ញាប័ត្រផ្នែកច្បាប់នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រង និងបរិញ្ញាប័ត្រ ភាសាអង់គ្លេសសម្រាប់ការទំនាក់ទំនងនៅវិទ្យាស្ថានភាសាបរទេសនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ។ មុនពេលបន្តការសិក្សាថ្នាក់អនុបណ្ឌិត កញ្ញា សេង ឆាយគីម បានចូលរៀនវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈក្រឡាបញ្ជីនៅរាជបណ្ឌិតសភាវិជ្ជាជីវៈតុលាការ ហើយបម្រើរការជាក្រឡាបញ្ជីនៅសាលាឧទ្ធរណ៍ភ្នំពេញចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ២០១៥ រហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ២០១៧។ ក្រោយមកកញ្ញា សេង ឆាយគីម ទទួលបានអាហារូបករណ៍ទៅសិក្សាថ្នាក់អនុបណ្ឌិតផ្នែកច្បាប់ប្រៀបធៀបនៅប្រទេសជប៉ុន។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន សេង ឆាយគីម គឺជាសមាជិកមេធាវីនៃគណៈមេធាវីនៃ​ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ហើយកញ្ញាក៏ជាគ្រូបង្រៀនផ្នែកនីតិអន្តរជាតិឯកជននៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រងផងដែរ។  

Ms SENG Chhaykim has obtained Bachelor Degree in Law and Professional Communication from the National University of Management and the Institute of Foreign Languages at the Royal University of Phnom Penh respectively. Before pursuing her Master Degree, she attended the non-degree course of greffier at Royal Academy for Judicial Professions (RAJP) and severed as a court clerk at the Appellate Court of Phnom Penh from 2015 to 2017. Later, she won a scholarship to pursue her master's degree in Comparative Law (LL.M) in Japan. Currently, Ms SENG Chhaykim is a lawyer admitted to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and also serves as a lecturer at the National University of Management, mainly in Private International Law.
